The Multiport ball valve – extended version is functionally identical to the standard model, featuring a drain outlet on one side and a plug on the other, but with an extended body that matches the length of the older drain-type valve.
This version is ideal for applications where existing installation dimensions must be maintained or where old valves need to be replaced without system modifications.
The extended version is available in sizes DN15 and DN20.
The multiport design supports the installation of various fittings, measuring accessories, and add-ons, enhancing the valve’s flexibility in technical systems.

Operating Data
Working pressure: max. 25 bar
Operating temperature range: -10 °C to +110 °C (for water +0.5 °C to +110 °C – without steam)
Medium: water (non-aggressive media)
The quality of heating water must comply with ÖNORM H5195 or VDI 2035 standards. The use of ethylene or propylene glycol in a mixing ratio of 25–50% is permitted. When using ethylene glycol products for frost and corrosion protection, follow the manufacturer's documentation.
Note: EPDM seals are sensitive to lubricants derived from mineral oils, which may cause failure of EPDM seals in valves that use them. The HERZ ball valve for heating and cooling water is not suitable for use with aggressive media (such as acids, alkalis, flammable, and explosive gases), as they may damage the sealing components.
