Multiport ball valve

The Multiport ball valve is a universal shut-off valve designed for a wide range of installations where, in addition to flow isolation, a control, venting, or drainage outlet is required.
The standard – factory-assembled – version includes an outlet on one side, while the opposite side is sealed with a plug.

Thanks to its special multiport design, the valve allows the installation of various accessories, expanding its usability in technical systems.

Operating Data

Working pressure: max. 25 bar
Operating temperature range: -10 °C to +110 °C (for water +0.5 °C to +110 °C – without steam)
Medium: water (non-aggressive media)

The quality of heating water must comply with ÖNORM H5195 or VDI 2035 standards. The use of ethylene or propylene glycol in a mixing ratio of 25–50% is permitted. When using ethylene glycol products for frost and corrosion protection, follow the manufacturer's documentation.

Note: EPDM seals are sensitive to lubricants derived from mineral oils, which may cause failure of EPDM seals in valves that use them. The HERZ ball valve for heating and cooling water is not suitable for use with aggressive media (such as acids, alkalis, flammable, and explosive gases), as they may damage the sealing components.
